We're looking for a Senior or Semi-Senior Backend Engineer with strong experience in Node.js.

This role involves developing, documenting, and implementing solutions while collaborating closely with different stakeholders and team members. You will be responsible for gathering input from multiple sources, prioritizing tasks effectively, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.

Requisitos

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience building modern web applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey ideas clearly.
• Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities.
• Advanced English (fluent in speaking and understanding).
• Full-time availability.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Fintech or Payments.
• Previous work managing stakeholders in complex projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Use of AI-powered developer tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
